Neither pair fits; the tennis shoes are too small and the sandals don't stay on and are too flat. I would like to return both pairs and select another type of shoe. Judith Hodell

I bought 2 pr. the first week of May.

Wore the navy pr. Many times no problem with tbem. I wore the tan pr. for the first time the other day and at the point of the v in the shoe kept scratching a small spot on my foot.

It was painful and left a red sore and l only wore them for 3 hrs and most of the time l was sitting. I tried to rub the stop with my hand and it feels like a very very small thing is there.

I have talked to customer service and l am waiting to hear if you will exchange them for another pair. I love your shoes and hope l can exchange the tan pr.

First time ordering, but the shoes look super cute and very comfortable.

No live agent availsble, got customers who are.Dinosaur age when it comes to digital use , vision impaired, elderly, has purchased shies before? So no return process took initiatef , would prefer live agent if any available, shoes bought not comfortable.

I am returning shoes which were too wide. I completed the return form and saw store credit.

I called to be sure the full credit would be to my credit card. Your agent said that it would.

I have input all the billing and credit card info; however, when I click 'PAY NOW,' nothing happens. I indicated to use a new credit card and I input all the credit card info, but it's telling me my card number is incorrect.
