Purchased a 4 hour service
I purchase a four hour service from Vivacity and assumed I would received what I have always heard about these services, a neatly organized structured room. As I am a cancer patient I was really looking forward to getting this office organized. She spent four hours, show up spent her time stuffing stuff every where it is months later and I STILL can't find anything. There was absolutely no organization done. Not one bit. I called to complain and was advised that the woman was brand new. My comment was why send her then., Why would a responsible company send out a untrained employee to represent them.

Vivacity/Organized by Design, Charlottesville, VA
would give Vivacity/Organized by Design negative stars if that were possible. I purchased a Living Social deal from Vivacity (formerly Ta Da and now Organized by Design) back in June and paid for an upgrade that was supposed to cover two years of services. I also paid for a gift for my then-pregnant daughter for two hours of organization. The baby is now six months old and my daughter still hasn't received the services I paid for. I actually received two visits from Ashleigh, the owner, and then there was an excuse (grandmother died, son broke his arm, strep, etc.) for every appointment after that. Phone calls are not returned. Email is not answered. I have spent a great deal of money and feel quite foolish. I have reported this to the Better Business Bureau and plan to file a small claim to get my money back if my credit card can not do so. If I could get in touch with other dissatisfied people who have posted here we might be able to sue together. I'm so disappointed and angry at the lack of responsibility from this company. I wonder if the name keeps changing so that irate customers can't track the owner down. Do not contract with this business, as you are unlikely to receive services from her. I wish I could get my money back but unless I contact the police I doubt that will happen. Update: No recourse with my credit card since it has been over 60 days since the charge was made. Interesting how she kept me strung along until that time period had passed. Probably just coincidence...

Vivacity LLC is a fraud and scam
I have had the same experience as the other users. This company is fraudlent. I have contacted the BBB, Groupon, PayPal and the Internet White Collar Crimes organization who are all investigating this company and it's owner Ashleigh Ward. Recommend that you do the same. Ms. Ward has a lot of angry customers at the moment which are evidenced by the number of reviews floating around the internet. Recommend that you also contact your bank or credit card company if you paid for services thru them. They will also open a fraud investigation. The more people on this the better. Good Luck!

Vivacity Cleaning, Palmyra Va - Complete Scam
Updated by user Oct 18, 2012
UpdateÂ
I did not buy this special through Groupon...I bought it through the Vivacity, so the refund should come from the company. Â I did recently get an email from the owner saying I could be refunded....however, when I emailed twice and called no one responded back.
I assume the owner sent out refund emails is response to all the negative feedback and has no plans of actually following through. This is an awful company...and I am going to post a complaint the the Virginia State Consumer Affairs Dept.

Vivacity is a complete scam! Â The owner, Ashleigh Ward, is super nice, until she gets your money. Â I paid for a 12 months of cleaning service, 20 hours each month. The owner assured me there would be no scheduling issues. Total I ended up only getting 14 hours of service in the month of August. Â It was awful trying to make appointments, no one responded to telephone calls. Â Twice I had appointments scheduled for cleaning and no one came. in Sept. I received an email stating I could not have 20 hours per month and would not be able to have someone come weekly. Â When I asked for a refund for the remaining 11 months of service, the owner refused, saying I got $100 of "free" services!

I am filing a court claim next week against Ashleigh Ward as she has failed to provide me for a refund for the services I purchased. Does anyone else want to be part of this?
