Received a bank statement which showed a $49.95 charge (ATM withdrawal) on July 1, 2014

I have not and did not authorize that a $49.95 charge (ATM withdrawal) for any purchase from Vitamins of Vitality. I believe, as I have attested to claims of others who have been charged fraudently, that I too, unfortunately have become a victim. I have not received any merchandise from Vitamins of Vitality and most certainly, did not order anything. This is FRAUD. The charge was recently noticed on an August 2014 bank reconciliation statement from my local credit union and verified by a representative of Vitamins of Vitality who had my name and address correct. I will be notifying my local credit union immediately of this fraudulent charge and will contact the authorities to report this fraudulent activity.

Anonymous, I have the same problem. But they have taken $49.95 out of my checking for the past 3 months.

I also bank with my credit union. I havent talked to my credit union yet. I never purchase online with my bank card for this reason. I called the 888-302-**** and she said they are a company that can look up info and that is all.

She said i made 3 different one time orders.

Shes so full of it!!! Have you had any luck solving this issue?

I just got hit with the same charge. Thank you for the number, my bank could not provide me with the number.

Unfortunately, these people are telling me that they don't find my charge and want me to send them my bank statement showing the charge so they can research it.

First they steal my card number, then my money now they want a bank statement.

This is the 3rd fraudulent charge I have received for the 3rd month in a row. CANCEL your card and get a new one.

These people don't even know who they work for when you call. My bank told me these charges are from Korea.

Guest

same thing happened to my mom they got her for 250 dollars hope they fry these bleeps

Guest

they did the same to me.....

Guest

My wife actually placed an order but she called n cancelled but did not know this was going to be a recurring charge at $49.95 a shot n they refused to refund $ already spent

I will suggest anyone caught in this scheme call their bank or CC Co to block this company!

Guest

I had the same experience and had been charged 49.95$. My credit card company called them and they said someone used my information to open an account under my name.

Guest

Their charge just shows up- don't know how they do it but someone has to look into this fraudulent -scamming company. I don't know who they are, have never ordered anything and somehow there is a charge on my statement.

Guest

I had this happen to me today. They order it at 5:56am this morning.

I am calling my bank tomorrow. When I track you down, I am going to press charges and sue your butt!

Guest

I am dealing with the same problem. Did anyone get their money back yet?

Unauthorized Charge

Just like all the others my credit card was charged without my authorization. This is the second one in as many months. the first was Slim Fast Naturally. I just filed a complaint with the PA State Attorney General. I was reimbursed for the first charge and promised for the second charge. This does not however account for my time and cell phone charges. How many people (elderly) are simply acccepting the charge not knowing any better? These companies should be shut down and the owners and employees put in jail. I will be watching my statements much closer for now on.

Vitamins of Vitality SCAM!

I just saw a charge on my credit card as well for Vitamins of vitality and never authorized the charge. When I called the company they couldn't give me any information as to the time I ordered it but was able to give me my credit card number and address. All they could tell me was that I ordered it on the 28th. The minute you see one of these charges dispute it with your bank! I am still going to dispute it with my bank but they probably with get my money. Don't let it happen to you! I am just hoping to receive the product so I can go about returning it and possibly getting my money back.

This business is a spoof. The address listed online is a former Post Office Box that was rented within a small shipping business.

SCAMMERS ... I had never done business with this so called "company"

Guest

They scammed my credit card, too...for the same amount. They are just purely fraudulent.

They are not sending us any vitamins at all, plus we know we never ordered them in the first place, they just hit a massive amount of people's credit cards under a phony business, and they just hope that we don't notice on our credit card statements. Yep, they have our name & address...where do they get this info from? Then the foreign dude with the heavy accent on their "customer service" phone number that I called, said it must have been someone in my home that borrowed my card to charge their vitamins on. Yeah, right!

My cat went online to order weight loss pills. Impossible.

LOSERS need to get a real job, instead of stealing. They are all going to the "Lake of Fire."

Guest

I had the same thing happen... for 3 months before I noticed!!

I called and they said they would send a refund. I waited a few days and went to my credit union to close my card out and see if they refunded. I find out they charged 2 more on the two days I spoke with them and 1 a few days prior... all 3 in September alone.

I am so perturbed!!!!

I suppose I will file a police report for fraud and look into I can file a complaint with. Ughhh!!!

Guest

Same fraud scheme happened to me. Unsolicited credit card charge of $49.95.

Before the credit card charge, I had never heard of this company. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. A quick Google search reveals this company is a sham. The FL Secretary of State has a bogus address listed as principal place of business and registered agent.

The address listed is a "virtual office" with not office space. Virtual officers are a service which provides telecomunications services only and allows you to use their physical address for legal filings/rquirements. Sounds legit, right? The corporation was newly created on May 7, 2014, likely to make the website seem legit and bolster the scam.

A quick review of the website "vitaminsofvitality.com" shows the company is a fraud. The terms and conditions and terms of service listed on the website are poorly written, incomplete, and clearly not written by an attorney. The language used in the disclaimer regarding people who should not take the vitamins is politically incorrect and offensive. I filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Consumer Protection division.

Anyone victimized by this fraud should do the same.

You should also file a complaint with the Postal Inspector. This company is purporting to ship its products by USPS which is mail fraud.

Guest

This also happened to us, and the same company but also going by IEPTCS. I had the $49.95 charged from VitaminsofVitality and also from IEPTCS.

Both these companies are scamming people all over the US and from all different banks (Compass, Wells Fargo, Credit Unions, Chase, etc....).

And a $1.50 bogus charge in there as well (test charge??). This is disgusting.

IT's being reported all over the internet, surely they can stop this!!!

Unapproved charges

.Checked my bank balance and found these people have spent 49.95 of my money without authorization. They claim someone else may have my info and I must have forgotten about the purchase. OK I have no order confirmation no tracking number or authorization number so where are these items IF I ORDERED...? They don't exist. These people are scam artists. I am reporting them to the FBI it appears I am not the only one that this is happening to. Now to type one hundred words so I can submit this report. These people are scam artists and should be prosecuted for FRAUD...........

These people scammed me out of $50. My contacted my bank immediately and told them what had happened. The bank contacted this company and we took part in a three way chat. The company assurred both myself and the bank the product would arive at my home and I could return it for a full refund.....They said it would arrive either Friday or Saturday - Nothing. I am supposed to Contact Andre on 866-732-**** for a returns number. Nothing has arrived and I have instructed the bank to go ahead and pass this info on the the FBI... Will I see my money? The bank says it will refund me the money, until then I am still $50 down on my debit card...
