Verified ReviewerDelayed shipping. Called for refund and was laughed at are argued with and thwy reported my call to walmart? 3rd party fraud seller needs to be removed from WALMART.COM!
- Filed FTC, BBB, and WA AG complaints about Walmart third-party seller.
- Customer service harassed me, refused to give a name, and noted expired vitamins.
FTC complaint filed as well as their local BBB, Washington State Attorney General, FTC as you can see they have hundreds of complaints on Walmart.com for having them as a 3rd party seller on their site! I was laughed at, made fun of and harassed.
The girl refused to give me her name. And then she said, 'You know what? I don't gaf about your order! Do you want help or not?' They are not good people and they need to be removed as a 3rd party seller.
I have screenshots of hundreds of 1-star complaints from other upset customers who were poisoned by expired vitamins, sold items they didn't have and never received due to long shipping times and delays, which is what I was calling about! So unprofessional and they are putting peoples lives in danger selling expired, broken supplements and vitamins we pay our hard-earned money for! I need my full refund now. I'm trying to be patient but I wouldn't have purchased if I knew it would take over a week.
That's breach of contract! I don't have time for this and now canceled my Walmart membership. This colloidal copper is a week late and my neck brace is a day late!!! I'm in pain!!!
The girl's name is Allie and they sell illegal CBD marijuana products as well! Criminal organization needs to be shut down now!!! You don't have to take my word, look at all the other complaints saying the same thing about illegal 3rd party sellers on Walmart.com.
Walmart is in several class action lawsuits for ripping customers off and these silly gals want to harass me emailing me back that they reported me to Walmart! I did nothing wrong; she laughed when I said I'd report them to FTC that's not a curse word; they are ghetto!

Liars and thieves, I have screenshots of hundreds of 1 star customer complaints on Walmart website. Lowest of the low.
You need to be shut down like everyone else says who you defrauded and never sent what they paid for.
You and walmart are complicit thats why they are being sued!!! You'll be sorry!!
If you read this, please reach out to us directly, and we are more than happy to provide the call recording that proves we did not say anything this customer said. Her order is still in transit, and in the destination city, but she wants a refund. We reported this buyer to Walmart, and forwarded the recording of the call to Walmart, and asked that the customer refrains from contacting us, and to work with Walmart directly for further assistance.
