I signed up for my course on Organizational behavior and paid online $56.00 for access to the book, I never was able to access the book, and I basically used only the link of the Professor's every week and used the book access without my own login, as it never worked for me my own login and password, I asked these people(Vital Source) to refund me or give me a rain check to use for this semester books, and they just refuse to return the money. They told me to ask a refund by logging into the book access account. When I somehow did it, it said this case is closed.

Great customer service

I ordered an electronic textbook that my junior college math class said was required, prior to the start of the semester. On the first day of class, we are informed that the textbook requirement has been changed. I contacted VitalSource and explained my problem. Since I had not broken the digital seal on the book, they refunded me the whole amount. They did so even though I was 5 days late (the 14 day refund window had passed). Really appreciate their customer service reps.
