My husband has already ordered this product, so this is a duplicate order and we do not need it. I no longer need to order this product, so I need to please cancel the product. I did not know how to cancel the product with the company, so that is the reason I sent the cancellation to you on Tuesday, July 23, 2024.

They’ve made it impossible for me to post a negative Dr. review. No way to contact them but a chat and then they direct you to another website to get credit card information before they’ll chat!
HERES MY REVIEW THEY WONT POST:
Terrible experience. I'm 73 with neuropathy in my feet.
When my long time neurologist closed her Austin office, I moved to Dr. Freeman for this issue, since I was already seeing him for annual cognitive check-ups (all good, fortunately). We had our first appointment in early May, at which time he reviewed the history of my neuropathy and examined my feet. He told me to stop using the medical food (pharmaceutical grade Vitamin B) that had been working so well for me, so he didn't give me a necessary prescription for it and my feet have been slowly getting worse.
However, he did give me a 30 pill prescription for Tramadol to deal with the pain in my feet. Now, three and a half months later, he's refused to renew my Tramadol prescription (my average usage has been 1 pill per 4.5 days - hardly abusive) and refused my request to once again start taking the prescription grade Vitamin B. In fact, he denies ever seeing me for my neuropathy problem, despite the fact he prescribed Tramadol for the pain! To pour salt on the wounds, his nurse told me that he's leaving the clinic and going full time to the BS&W hospital in about a month.
Basically, he's washed his hands of me. Worst doctor-patient care I've received in my lifetime. Cannot recommend him and maybe others should explore other options before seeing him.
I think Dr. Freeman needs to take a cognitive test!

Site filters reviews and blocks some types
vitals.com is one of a few sites that post reviews of doctors by patients. In principle this is a valuable tool for anyone looking for a doctor in their area.
However I've noticed that most of the doctors I've looked up get tons of 5 star reviews and maybe 1-2 negative reviews. I tried leaving a 3 * review of a doctor I have been to several times, and vitals blocked it after I finished by saying there was an error in the review and I should try again later. I typed carefully and there were no errors in my review, and they didn't bother explaining what the error was, so I could avoid or correct it if I tried again.
Clearly my review had been blocked by an algorithm that didn't like the rating I gave.
I have heard that review sites like TripAdvisor and Yelp do this, but I had hoped that a site rating medical professionals would take its responsibility to the public more seriously. I now seriously doubt that vitals.com gives unbiased reviews of doctors.
