I would like to know, what’s going on with Vitalize Hair. How can I get my products.
No one can get in touch with a customer service representative. I would like to know,
How is the customer going to place there orders. I like speaking with a person. I don’t do online ordering.
If the company was going out of business, the customer should have been notified. Not just leave us hanging.

I'm very sad and unhappy and ashamed that I have spent so much money over £300 for three months usage. Why hoping to rescue my edges.
l can tell you my family saw my hair growth before using these products I'm not a sensitive skin type women. I used sparingly as it very expensive and I completely stop using my own products. My scalp was so sore I thought maybe my scalp has to get use to the product, my hair is shedding at an alarming rate terribly and extremely fine. I never experience anything like this before I have
sent two messages to explain this to the company.
I was told to keep on using, continue because hair go's through rest stages etc. I shop online a lot. Vitalize hair are continually emailing me to buy more products. I've never had so many emails from other companies.
I wanted information on the shelf life of these products.
I emailed twice still no response to my question. I need to contact consumer standards in the USA.
I feel very sadden. I'm storing the unused unopened products.
I need answers regarding their claims my hair has never been so bad.
It's a sad world when companies feed of buyers who just the results that theses companies claim! Profit before care I'm very disappointed.

I received the product and was not pleased with the way it felt on my hair....very greasy and separated my hair where you can see my entire scalp..I have email 3 times talked to a representative and still can not get my money back

Not sure how I got on the renewal list, however I just wanted to try the vitamins once to see if I liked them. Vitalize just sent me another bottle after I asked them to remove me from the list and due to COVID I can not and will not keep letting you all take money I do not have.

I cancelled my subscription months ago. $88 was taken from my acct.
I was told by phone that it was done deal. Others warned me about this. Please contact me and refund my money.

I received the product and tried it for 3 days and determined I do lije it at all ...it is very greasy and heavy on my hair...I do not like the feel at all. would not recommend.

My refund
I returned the vitalize over a week ago. I have not received my refund on my card.
I sent it back because I had to paid for two within a month. Then u all sent the third one that was returned.

I ordered two products for my wife. My order was only done after a conversation in which I was advised refunds were made by this firm quickly and timely ( Order date 12/20/18). My wife tried the product one time and felt it was not worth the $ 99.44 ( plus her hair was coming out ). I followed the complete return policy and was denied.

I Kenneth Melvin made a purchase online for this product. Before making the order I called the 800-800-**** number noted on the site. I asked about the timing AND TYPE OF RETURN POLICY , I was told the following : A ) I would be offered a refund in 15 days of delivery.....I asked was that 15 business days , not just any days....I WAS TOLD YES. B) I was also told that items included in a system or Kit could not be returned. What is important is that I was told even if the item was opened (since it was not a kit) I could be given a refund. I did not order a Kit C) My other point is that a ticket request NUMBER was included in my returned package, as instructed and the open product was returned in a timely manner. I made this purchase for my wife based on that conversation. I later spoke to a Omar ( no last name ) when my wife instructed me to return the product and all the return rules seem to change.
I now find out that I could expect no refund of the $ 99.44. I say this because if you review the refund policy on the website, its a closed case.....don't expect any refund. Its set up so that once the product is out the door to you all bets are off. Look closely at their RETURN policy. They note " only unopened containers or bottles as inspected and determined by Vitalize Hair" will be considered for a refund. Also note if its a KIT or system NO REFUND is made. So my point to you is that this firm has no plan or desire to make any refunds of a purchase for anyone. Again read the policy. I purchased to separate items ( not the Kit ) they were opened.
Once you open the package you get no return refund. If I had been told this over the phone, what I now know.....I would not have made the purchase as a gift for my wife.
I have concluded after closely reviewing the return policy guidelines, that probably no returns are made to anyone.....I think if you check how often and how many refunds were processed.....I don't think you will find any funds being returned at all to anyone ordering these products. I think this firm has a very misleading return policy.

We manufacture our products in the U.S.A. in facilities in full compliance with FDA regulations to guarantee their quality and safety. Vitalize Hair uses the highest-quality ingredients geared toward optimal hair regrowth. We offer refunds within fifteen (15) days of delivery to recipient with a ticket number, only for unopened container(s) or bottle(s) as inspected and determined by Vitalize Hair. If container(s) or bottle(s) are opened that exist in a system or kit, there will be NO refund for that system or kit. NO EXCEPTIONS. Shipping expenses will not be refunded in any case including, but not limited to returns (unless the return is the result of an error made by Vitalize Hair). My wife used the product once and noted her hair was coming out, that's why we returned the two products. My wife is very familiar with hair products, so she knew what she was doing.
I am a disabled Vietnam Vet (a senior), I took a chance ordering this for my wife. I think it is a rip off.
