Terrible unusable service
To begin with and least important promises made during sales pitch were not what was installed, delivered, or the actual product. Most important, since the phone system has been installed - approximately 3 years and 3 months ago - we have had problems with being able to use the phone system, Noise, static, clicking, disconnecting.
Often the noise is so bad, we cannot talk to outside calls nor inside calls from extension to extension. Many times we hang up and use our private cell phones to call the party back and complete the conversation. Vital Solutions have been out to visit us many times, yet the problems continue. On April 8, 2016, Reid Smith came out after many more complaints on my part.
He said he would do anything to help me. He promised to send a rep out to spend an entire week with us to see all issues. I have never heard from him since. I have sent emails and he has not responded.
I have asked to cancel the contract. I am able to cancel the contract with Vital Solutions, but not with the phones we bought from Shoretell through Vital Solutions, in which i still owe $9,000.00. So i asked that if they cant fix this, if they would buy the remaining amount of phone cost, so I can get out of this system. They will not!!
They are forcing me to remain in a system that i cannot use often. Bottom line, i have paid for phones and services for over 3 years, they continue to not work almost daily. Not only am i paying for this service, this company is not resolving the issues and will not cooperate in a solution. How can you have phones you cannot talk on?

I submitted a complaint last July, 2016, about Vital Solutions, the problems have gotten worse, the company has done nothing to help or attend to the problems.
