On March 28th, 2019 I ordered a copy of my divorce certificate from outside of United States. The fee was 90$ including shipping.
When I placed the order the processing time was 5-10 business days. After the 10 business days, I checked the profile online and It says now between 15 to 20 business days. I couldn’t wait that long because I had flight scheduled to come back to US, therefore I called Customer Service since I wasn’t able to pick up my package.
I was told that nothing can be done and they cannot reimburse me my money.
If you gonna use this company You only gonna loose your money, your time and your energy.... This company should be stopped in operating!!!!!!!

If you need your vital records in a timely manner its cheaper to just go directly to the town clerk. This company is the middle man and basically is of no help and cant provide any information besides their processing time.
