So this afternoon I finally got a response from customer service
Apparently UPS lost the package (it looks that way)
UPS say it was delivered to my address but Ive NEVER received it.
Long story short; Vital Body Therapeutics will make a one time accept ion and send me a new order
Much better
This way they also keep me as their customer
