Haven't received my results from Vitagene. I sent in my test kit over 3 months ago

The customer service number takes you to an automated voice message. I have emailed the company numerous times at the email provided on their website, with no response. This is not an expensive test.

The company seem to be reputable. However Im very disappointed.

Can not get my test results there in can't retrieve them

I am still waiting to hear from Vitagene.

I sent of a test kit in June and followed up at the end of July. I have had zero contact with them as their phone number is an answering machine and emails are returned with a "we will get back to you within 72 business hours (which works out to nine days and assuming 4 of the nine are weekend they have a solid two weeks). This company is poorly run, and critically understaffed have used them.
