Haven't received my results from Vitagene. I sent in my test kit over 3 months ago

Horrible!!!

I sent in my test kit over 3 months ago and have not received my results yet.

I called Vitagene customer service and got a recorded message saying they cannot provide me with at phone response only email

I completed my food sensitivity test and sent it in. I waited over a week and did not receive results so I attempted to contact the company.

The customer service number takes you to an automated voice message. I have emailed the company numerous times at the email provided on their website, with no response. This is not an expensive test.

The company seem to be reputable. However Im very disappointed.

Can not get my test results there in can't retrieve them

I sent my test tube back for COVID I entered my Id number but I used a friends

They only sent my friends results not mind. She has a different Id #. But the same

e mail address

Can you help me get my results

I ordered two kits for my husband and self, sent them in and over two months now no feedback no reports answers, no C/S number to use in the meantime I ordered two other kits and can't register them for some reason. I was scammed and talking to an attorney

Registration error

I went to register my DNA sample. I have the number from my card, but did not realize that a number is needed from the box.

What can I do? The samples already mailed.

I am still waiting to hear from Vitagene.

I sent of a test kit in June and followed up at the end of July. I have had zero contact with them as their phone number is an answering machine and emails are returned with a "we will get back to you within 72 business hours (which works out to nine days and assuming 4 of the nine are weekend they have a solid two weeks). This company is poorly run, and critically understaffed have used them.
