No customer support, called 3 times Left messages even though the recording say not to. It states that you should email their support email. I have done that 3 times and no answer

Use lavender/chamomile hand soap. Have allergies and seems to be only one I can use without getting hives. I would like to purchase refill size if you make them. Would make my day!!!

Not happy wirh new packaging of VitaBath Body Wash

When the product was in the bottle it was fine but they tried new packaging and the tube is very slippery and hard to hold in the shower and certainly not use friendly at all. It is hard also t determine how much you are using when it is in the slippery tube

Vitabath Body Wash Turns Brown and Separates Into Brown Oil

I purchased a large quantity, of Vitabath Body Wash. After a couple years, the contents separated, forming a brown oil on top of the wash. I called the company and they refused to allow me to return the product. They believed separation into brown oil was normal after a couple years. I tried to work with the Vitabath customer service, but they would not budge from their position. They stated they would have a supervisor call me back. No one ever called back and never any follow up. Very unimpressive company. I would not buy this product again. There are many more similar products from quality companies that would resolve any issue with their product.
