Scam and lying customer service
Bought a book, was told that it was the wrong book with an identical title, was told to purchase a book and I would receive a refund but after purchasing the book I was told that I might not get a refund. This was after they had told me they would send me the correct code, and did not end up doing that. Incredibly predatory and scummy practices
