Horrible experience
I flew down from Alabama to buy what I thought was good deal on a used Nissan 370z with low miles from Vista BMW. While I waited on the paperwork to be done, my friend and I walked around the showroom and outside on the lot for 30 minutes.
Many salespeople and staff walked past us but not a single person talked to us, which I thought was very odd. On the way home, I made it to Orlando and the car starting sputtering and cut off on the interstate. I was able to make it to a nearby Nissan dealership where they ran diagnostics and found $3000 worth of issues. I contacted Vista because I felt sure they would come up some solution to make the situation right.
The manager refused to help in any way. I really want to believe that the salesperson, Richard Roe, and his manager, Armando Cuko, weren't away of the issues but I have my doubts. Now I have to pay 100% of the repair bill and get the car back to Alabama.
I hope not all of their cars have a 3 hour time limit before something major goes wrong. Do yourself a favor and have a 3rd party inspection done before purchasing ANY car from Vista BMW!

This is the worst car dealership the manager Alex is cocky, they allowed me to leave there dealership after they "verified" my insurance on a 201* 328i lease (which they didnt do) so my insurance was inadequate before i left and before i was even brought back to the finance room, and a year later the car was in a total loss and they are saying because i never had 100/300 insurance the gap is void! i then did another lease car and they allowed me to leave with the same *** *** coverage as before that is inviolation of there lease contract.
And now i am paying interest on this $12,000 that i owe BMW Financial due to the depreciation of the 2015 BMW 328i that i was financed for. What is the point of having my insurance company fax over proof of insurance and VISTA reviewing it knowing its wrong and doesn't meet there contract standards and not correcting it before i walk out the dealership. I was in void of the contract before i signed after i signed and they still allowed me to leave without mentioning it or stating that i was in breach of the contract due to "26.
Default and Remedies" for not having the required insurance.

Dear BMWNA,
It is 2 years too late, I have communicated with a number of people from
Area Managers to General Manager to General Sales Manager at 3 separate
Dealership Locations:
(CAR:650I)(Lauderdale BMW of Fort Lauderdale: Manager Allen Sparrow gave
me the worst attitude actually argued with me while BMWNA was on the phone
explaining my resolution. and Pre-Owned Sales Manager Micheal Beattie was
trying to put me in a 750 which was $98,000 which I didn¹t want!So I
would¹ve been going back in the same boat putting $10,000 and have
$1800/monthly payment on a car I didn¹t want or choose.)ŠŠŠŠŠ.

Perrault, General Sales Manager Arthur Dicce, Finance Executive Adriana
Carelli, Nagy Waziry promised to get me in an M4 by January 2015 and
nothing was done even after BMWNA gave me a resolution, Adriana Carelli
spoke to me with such an attitude that if I was an auditor she would¹ve
been fired on the spot. Even the GSM Authur Dicce told me I can go with
whatever brand I choose what does that tell me? If your own employees
don¹t stand behind the brand why should I?)
(CAR:M3)(Braman BMW of West Palm Beach: Service Manager Rod Ortega treated
m e like I was a little kid and Service Advisor Chris Woodruff told me a
number of times that the video I showed him of my car stalling was not my
car that I was lying, and they did about 12 software updates and changed
some valves but the car still had the issues. I had that M3 in the service
center about 4 months of the 9 months I had it.)
So if you can do something after I have done all of that then do something
but if not then your just as bad they have have been a lot of lip movement
and no action. BMWNA has the worst customers service!!!!
Please feel free to read my link that I will be sharing around the United
States!!! THE MORE people that view my page my hope is to stop them from
buying a BMWŠ
During all of this I even got attorneys to back me up and send out letters
to Pompano Imports.
I have all documents for my records and I currently in process sending out
a mass email letter to all BMW BLOGS AND NEWS IN THE UNITED STATES.
