Can’t Get Hold Of Anyone For A Refund

I have been unable to get hold of anyone to process my refund. I cancelled my ticket which was refund protected. The ticket was cancelled but they have refused to refund my money- I cannot get hold of anyone- their phone number is not made available- I have spent lots of time being tossed back and forth. I absolutely regret buying from their website. I have sent several emails but received no reply. I now have to go make a claim from my credit card company.
