My experience has been horrible. I just found out I needed glasses, and let me just say I wish I would have chose a different location...better yet a different eye provider. The professionalism of the entire staff sucks. I honestly felt bad that the optometrist has to associate her self with that location. The store manger 'RIKA' and the 3rd Key "EDDIE W." really upset me with the insult that was said. After my third time coming up there... Read more

BOGO False advertisement. To get just a single pair was 100$ cheaper. But on the website it clearly states you get a second pair at "No additional cost"

Visionworks is one of many providers who offer a special discount (yeah right) to members of Medicare Advantage plans. I was supposed to get a two hundred dollar discount plus free eye exam. After it was all over, I found out I got a hundred dollar discount, and that was on glasses that were reduced in price. They got me for almost five hundred dollars. Visionworks - Bad exam

I had a exam in March 2016 took 1 hour took script to be filled at another place turns out wrong script had headaches so went to dr pt and chiropractor still headaches discover after going to new dr script was totally wrong visonworks dr said I had cataracts which I knew went to specialist he said not even ready for surgery which dr at visionworks said was needed finally now 10 months later went back to original dr and have a totally different... Dr. Grady made me feel so comfortable and didn't make me feel rushed like eye doctors sometimes do. I felt like my vision and well-being were very important to her. She asked lots of meaningful questions. She was knowledgeable about day-to-day vision issues as well as medical concerns. We talked about how eyesight changes over time and what to expect. I ordered glasses on 12/9/16 picked them up on 12/19/16 tried to wear them and they were making me sick to my stomach called the store and was told to read a book while watching TV and on commercials look at the TV and when commercial was over continue reading I did that until 12/27/16 which it made me even sicker to my stomach. my experience recently was that I was not satisfied with my glasses.. however, the customer (me) has to pay before receiving the "product" and the final "product" was not exactly what I had paid for. I did not take possession of the glasses but thought I would have difficulty getting my over $300 back. after my complaint, Dorthea, a manager at the store, called me and told me she was aware of my situation and would take care of it immediately.... I was excited when Visionworks opened in Millbury. After an exam somewhere else, I went to Visionworks expecting to get two pair of glasses for the price of one, as advertised on television. Worker said only using internet coupon. I've seen the ad since. internet coupon not mentioned in the ad. The workers give out the wrong information on insurance, then confused the whole issue with other "deals" and offers. And took 90 minutes to get through... Read more

Buy one get one free? What a joke after spending $500 hundred dollars for what I consider two pairs of mediocre glasses one pair lasted one week the other pair of frames broke two times in three months and replaced under warranty. Two more broke that I had to pay for at 69.99 a piece the fifth pair just broke and this was two years after purchase. I'm done!

Very rude, bad customer service. I cancelled an eye exam with my normal optometrist and was never so sorry. I will not go there again. Even after talking to the manager I didn't feel like anything would change. She told me there's nothing she could do about the employees bad customer service. Maybe they had a bad day or something personal going on at home. But said she's not like that. I asked so you allow your employees to drive away customers,... Read more
