They advertise for free but you must pay first

I have timeshare points for sale. The company that advertise to do this , say they will do it for free, but you must first pay a registration fee and when the sale is concluded the buyer will pay the fee back to you. What will happen to your money if there is no deal at all? Is this still considered as free? When I asked the lady to e - mail me the details of how the whole prosess work , she replyed that she got no acsess to a computer and that she will explain to me everything again after I have given her my credit card details and the transaction went through. All iI want to know is this free or not?
