Vision Direct - Overnight Shipping Not a Valid Choic
I ordered contact lenses from this online provider and followed their instructions for expedited service. I paid $19.99 for overnight shipping and an order placed March 1st was received March 13th (long after my trip and certainly not quickly).
They require you to send in a prescription for quick service which I did within one hour of placing the order. The CS representative claims they did not stock the lens. If that is the case, why OFFER OVERNIGHT SERVICE??? They cannot fulfill this type of order if they don't stock product.
Very misleading.
I did not request a refund of the $19.99 but a PARTIAL refund to compensate for their lack of delivery on Overnight Service. They refused.

I followed up with Vision Direct as as indicated above. They did credit my account for the shipping per their comment.
Please note that overnight shipping is still not a reality based on CS notes due to the fact that they do not stock contact lens. I would advise customers to not choose that option for mailing.
