Havent received refund or product.

VisionDecor is not a reputable company. PLEASE stay away at all cost, they are not worth the headache and time spent trying to figure out where your order is. After awful communication, false advertisement of "in stock" items and poor business I decided to cancel my order. Below is the confirmation from their company that I would be receiving a full refund. We purchased the table and 6 chairs online October 7th, 2012. The order did not come until October 25th, 2012. When the packages came the boxes for the table and leaf were completely destroyed (ripped, squished, mangled), and when we opened them up to look at the furniture inside the damages they had were major. The would was split, smashed, splintered, and scratched. The track was so bad the table barely opened and closed, and structurally the table and the leaf were so bad we could barely put it together. The chairs were fine except for one which was shipped with two left legs so we could not put it together. I contacted the company on October 26th, 2012 asking them for a replacement for the leaf and table, and the missing chair leg. We were told we would receive them the 1st or 2nd week in November, and we did not actually receive them until December 20th, 2012. When we finally received the replacement parts they two were damaged terribly, and they still didn't send the missing chair leg. I then spent from January 1st, 2013 until February 4th, 2012 trying to contact them for a full refund to no avail. It was not until I told them I reported them to the BBB that I received a phone call. I then spent an hour on the phone trying to get a full refund. They first began by saying they could not provide packing supplies for me to send back the products, and then after I was admit I would not pay for it they finally said I could receive a refund, but since only the table was damaged they could not give me a full refund for the chairs and I would be charged handling fees for them... So now I have 5 good chairs, 1 chair missing a leg, two damaged tables, two damaged leafs, and only one refund for the table. The have absolutely NO customer service, and they are a terrible company! DO NOT USE THEM. I reported them to the BBB!

Extremely Bad Customer Service

If I could give this place minus 5 stars I would. So much of our time has been spent running around these folks. I strongly suggest not to do any business with Vision Decor. I have bought a kids bed from them (via Amazon) and the bed's headboard had a broken part. To cut a long story short, extremely bad communication with this company - good thing we had Amazon. We had to file an A-to-Z claim and keep calling Amazon just to get the seller's response. Seller asked us to send them back the broken headboard (they would not prepay for us shipping back the headboard - that's a very large and heavy package to be sending out in the mail). They said they will provide us with a replacement part if we would withdraw the claim (we believed them and withdrew the claim). They could not commit on time for the new part to arrive nor give us a tracking number. At first they said they have the part in their warehouse, then they said they need to order it from overseas. To cut a long story short, we're now 3 months after the initial purchase and the bed is not yet assembled as we were waiting till today to see how things turn. I am extremely disappointed with Vision Decor as a company and will never do business with them again.

Vision decor bar stools defective

We purchased -Cherry Finish Bar Stool Chair w/Swivel Black Leather Seat & Back. Received 2 stools, one with a broken leg. We sent it back and received an intact stool. Two months later, the arm broke. We gave the barstools away to a carpenter. I wrote a review about the chairs but Visiondecor did not post it. Beside the product is - item not reviewed. The product is defective whether its from VisionDecor or a furniture store. I went to a national furniture store, salesman showed me the same stool and lo and behold, the arm was broken. We bought 2 barstools from Rooms To Go and very happy with them.

Visiondecor problem

I purchased a Bed headboard/footboard online via from on They gave a tracking #, which turned out to be faulty. They gave a window for delivery and advised who would be delivering the product. I eventually tried to contact the seller, per request of amazon's customer service, as the tracking # would not record. Visiondecor will NOT answer their phones and instead refer you to an email address. The response was admit ion of a mistake on their end. Then I found out they have a D- BBB rating. Amazon is trying to take care of this for me after a quite lengthy negotiation with them. They are taking over the problem and forwarding information up the line that this company is nothing but a bunch of shysters. There communications with customers is *** and they have a D- rating through the Better Business Bureau. So they tried to change the company name slightly but still have a only slightly better rating. Trust me it will get worse. I'm also going to file a complaint with the BBB.

Vision Decor - fake wood!

Do not buy from Vision Decor fake wood cedar chests! It will come apart at the hinges in 5 months revealing MDF fake wood. They carry a 30 day warranty for a reason. Because after the 30 days if anything goes wrong, tough. They will not do a thing. Will not buy from them again. Beware of buying from this company. Their website does not tell you if it is real wood or engineered wood. I bought the Louis Phillipe cedar hope chest for my daughter for her 18th birthday. She had it for 5 months. It is useless now.

VISIONDECOR.COM is a terrible company!

DO NOT buy anything from VISIONDECOR.COM!! I ordered a nightstand from them on 3/16/08 and not only did they lead me to believe that it would arrive between 3/20-3/25/08, it NEVER did AND on top of all of this, I found out it has been discontinued and they never bothered to let me know as I found out on my own!! They NEVER returned ANY emails and although thankfully my card was never charged, I have waited and waited for merchandise that never had any intention of coming anyhow. Bad business, buyer beware!!

vision decor is a terribly unreliable company,I ordered two shoe racks on jan. 19, it is now feb.28,and i still hav;nt received it yet.I,ve tried calling many times,but, they never answer the call.what should i do?


This company is the worst. Do not buy from this company, their product is garbage and even though they said they would refund my money when the item is returned, 6 weeks later and I still do not have my refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am out $700, they never answer their phone, do not reply and do not respond to emails.


WOW! It seems we are all experiencing very similar instances with Vision Decor.

What an awful company! I ordered a dining set and end table (separate orders but same day) in mid July.I received the end table immediately but with substantial damage! I took pictures for proof, tried calling several times, left voicemails to EVERY extension available and wrote emails. Finally, I was offered a 5% discount via email.

After I shared with them that I had proof and sent photos, they offered a 25% discount, which I accepted but have yet to recieve and it's been several weeks. Onto the BIG issue. The dining set was charged to my credit card ($1,000) as soon as I placed the order. I never received a confirmation email.

After a week, I called (no answer), left VM (no return calls) and emailed to attempt to track my already paid for item. Several days later someone emailed me back stating they had no placed the order for some ridiculous reason. I urged them to process it because I'd already paid them. They never notified me and had an excuse for everything.

They apologized & assured me they'd rush my order immediately. I received an email giving me a tracking # of shipment howeer when I called CEVA (their shipping company) they had no record of my confirmation #. After 100 emails, phone calls and stressful minutes, I received my dining set nearly 1 month later! Guess what...BROKEN!!

They claim to package their own items and carefully scan them for damage oce received from the manufacturer, which is obviously not true. This table was broken in 2! How the *** does that even happen!? I took photos, demanded pick up immediately and a refun.

It took several days to get a response, of course. They wanted me to place an exchange...NO THANKS! I demanded my 25% refund for the damaged end table and 100% refund for the dining set. I was assured it was being processed that day.

It's been several weeks since they picked up my broken dining set and I've yet to see any refunds of any kind regardless of our many coorespondent emails and phone calls and their apologies and so called promises.

I wrote a very demanding email this morning to them and am now contacting my credit card company who will proceed with a claim against them. I am also writing every bad review possible to save anyone else from this rediculous joke of a company.



This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They don't answer the phone or return calls or emails.

They are attempting to ignore the fact that they owe me $2,000.

I am going to have to tske them to court over the issue. Company should be shutdown.

Guest is a horriable company they don't answer there phone calls. They are on Credit hold for delivery of funtiure with Large delivery company CEVA they don't pay there bills.

CEVA is Holding our furniture because they have not been paid for delivery. I went though AMAZON so at least have a back up .



I just had a very bad experience with Vision Decor. I ordered a dining set from Amazon on March 26, 2012, and was given a tracking number, along with an expected delivery delivery date of April 3rd. My item never showed up, even though I stayed home all morning and most of the afternoon. The tracking number turned out to have no information.

I called the shipping company, they confirmed the item was never given to them as yet, even though a tracking number was generated. I called the number for Vision Decor twice and was told to send an e-mail because the voice mailbox is not monitored. I am still waiting on a response from them about my item. Amazon said to wait 48 hours, but it is still horrible customer service to keep someone in the dark about a product they paid good money for!

Don't trust any company you can't get a hold of. If this keeps up, I will just have to get my credit card company involved. You can't charge someone for something they never receive and don't even know where it is. I wish I had seen this website before ordering from these guys.


:( I just ordered a cedar chest from them and it arrived damaged on every corner!! I paid a lot of money for this item and it was bulky an heavy so I did not want to send it back.

Instead I wrote the company and asked for some money back since the chest was so damaged.

They got back to me somewhat quick and asked me to send pics. I sent them pics in August and they said they would look at the pics and get back to me...I have heard nothing since August!


Thank you all for your posts regarding furniture. I fell in love with a coffee table and end table set on their website (can't find it elsewhere) :( but I will NOT buy from this company based on all of your comments. Thank you again!


This company has been a huge disappointment and frustration. I ordered a table and chairs and still don't have it.

First they delivered it 3 weeks late, only to deliver the wrong item. The new item came almost a month later and it was broken! It is STILL sitting in my dining room waiting for the replacement part. This has been going on since early July.

I filed a complaint with Amazon (where I ordered it) and will be letting the Better Business Bureau know as well.

Not worth the just a tad "cheaper price". Awful company, steer clear!!


This is a cheating company. I got a damaged table and shipped it back. It has been one month since the piece arrived at their warehouse, I didn't get refund. I called, wrote emails, no any responses.

I feel I was cheated and might not be able to get my $600 money back.

What should I do to get my money?
