Horrible custer service
I bought my glasses with vision world and I spent almost $800.00 dollars and they never called me to let me know that the glasses were ready so when I called one of their customer service by the name Alfonso told me that he was to visit to answer my call and told me to call back at the latter time,so he hang up on I call back the next day and he told the thing, so I went to the store in person and the store manager was very rude she that Alfonso was working along and that he have no time to be on the phone with customers,and she told me to have a sit and whenever he finished he will take care of me I was so pissed off that I swear not to use vision world ever,and she told that's your call. So vision world is the worst eyes glasses company ever.

I was scammed of$90 by vision world in bay shore New York- I was entitled to free glasses through my insurance - they persuaded. Me to get progressives for a $90 copay- with the condition that I could return them- I couldn't wear them due to dizziness and they won't refund my 90 dollars even though.
I exchanged the progressives for my regular "free " prescription so my free prescription cost me $90! Don't be persuaded to buy progressives- you might get scammed like I did.

THIS COMPANY ARE DECIEVING AND DO TERRIBLE WORK !
I am an optometrist who made the mistake of using Eyeweartown USA to repair a patients frame.the so called ghetto Manager TINA is very rude and unprofessional.once they recieved the eyewear they started adding on charges that were not needed or asked for.the work they did was horrible! With the help of my colleagues we will see to it that they go out of business sooner than later.also they guaranteed shipment within 3 to 5 days of receiving my frame.They did not ship till 11 days of recieving my frame.this is a sweatshop company who hires minimum wage employees with low quality work and no experience and try to rip off customers.
