Vision Solar LLC

Vision Solar Sales Rep had rang my doorbell back in September 2021. I had setup an appointment with a rep in my home.

After discussing the system, myself and partner stated we would think about it especially since the system was not going to helpful in a power outage, which was our primary concern. Kyle the sales rep with his aggressive sales tactic had stated they would give the 1.9% interest that it be no problem, we also asked if we can cancel at anytime which he indicated yes. After numerous attempts to call and speak to someone in regards to any status, no rep answers the concierge number nor do they respond. After the install, I was notified by the financer that my interest rate is 2.9% and that the sales figures and payment figure Kyle had promised and wrote down on paper is not the true numbers and can not be guaranteed as well as the tax credit amount of 26% which I am not eligible for and will not be receiving now and that they should not be guaranteeing any number especially tax figures.

Now everything they stated and promised is not the case. I have attempted to speak to a higher up or executive that may help but no one would ever contact me back or respond to my email which I had also BCC executives and still no response.

When I was finally contacted by a customer agent on 1/25/2022, Sarah...she was not helpful and stated that me speaking to a manager was not going to happen and than lied to me over the phone in reference to my email which she knew nothing about but referenced it prior. This company does not care about their customers , the product they sell or their reputation.

Since 11/ 2020 we have been trying to get the solar system up and running. It is now 7/16/2021 and we have gone through the following:

- Work crew coming and not wearing masks while walking through our house during COVID

-Work crew left bottles of urine in my driveway

Vision Solar LLC did not pick it up for 1.5 days.

And one of the reps asked how I know it was urine?

Did I sniff it?

- Received a call from Building Inspector informing us that the tiles need to be taken down as permits were not pulled and fees for the permits were paid with bounced checks.

- Tiles were taken down in early June and still, the town has not heard from Vision Solar LLC for the inspection.

- We are expected to make payments but are not receiving the service.

- Was informed that as I contacted the Attorney General, they will no longer speak with me.

So frustrating! We are just trying to do the right thing by the environment, but are having such a terrible time!
