Name off lease!
I am going through a divorce and have called every number available. My ex husband gave me a number and the number given to me simply keeps me on hold.
My court date is set and I will use the courts if need be but I would rather not have to do that.
Who do I call..
a name and number so I can take care of this. I have been searching for months, checked all my email contacts and phone numbers and nothing.
Please give me the information I need to handle this.
Preferred solution: My name off the lease, I have not lived there since Sept 4, 2021.

I was scammed out of 2,500. I got 1,750 returned. 10-6-18 to 12-6-18.
They refuse to return the rest. Never was able to even move in.
No water no power no heat. No way to get stuff turned on. Dont have codes for the lock boxes. House is falling in in the center. Stairs unsafe.
Everything was piped for propane, but all pipes gone, gutted, no tank.
They cost me my job my apt. I moved up there, cost me 1,200. It left me homeless. I sold belongings.
Was on the street 2 months. Im 65 years old. Total scammers. Its on zillow now. Info is a lie. No 9 ft ceilings. Might be 1,500 sq ft. Unliveable. I took pictures.
Beware of this co. Its a scam. They lease houses that are so bad off they cant get a loan. You lease and then agree to make repairs, then try to get a loan. Its win win for them as you throw away your money.
They prey on people who cant get a loan, the same people that dont have 50 grand to fix a house. Its all a lie. They lied right to my face 2 times.
If you do business with these people be very careful.
I never even got to move in!!! Bolt cutters because they dont have lock codes. Locks put on by another reality co. This is on zillow with false info.

Im sure some are wondering what tf is going on with my house. Well..i got this house from a company called vision property management.
It was a lease with option to buy. The terms were that i do all the needed repair to be allowed to move in which was a lot. Im sure certain people remember. It needed a furnace, water heater, a bathroom, a complete roof.
Windows, drywall, electrical. Gas lines.. More drywall. Trim...upstairs complete gut all the way.
Floor joists..insulation..sub floor..electrical.. Jacked up structure to be somewhat level...all new 1100 square ft flooring...sump pump.water lines..multiple repairs on outside.. Removed old siding and replaced with new vinyl siding..soffit..facia..wrapped windows...new doors inside and out.. All in about $30,000 in repairs.
My contract stated that i have 7 years to get a loan and buy it..
Well that company was sued and are not allowed to work in Michigan anymore so they sold my house. Now the new company wants to say that i have to buy the house now or take some bs relocation assistance....or be evicted...
