Bunch of incompetent liars

This company really put me through ***. They tell you it's being worked on when nothing was done with it. No proactiveness at all with the case manager assigned in following up with the passport expedite order. I paid over $700 and in that included a same day service through fedex which I did not even receive until the day after. I've emailed requesting for a partial refund, but never received even a reply to help us out. I mean what kind of company when they're suppose to stay on top of things, but it ends up being you the person paying for the service whos calling them all the time for follow up on your order and be told one thing and to find out later that nothing was done to process the order, specially when you have only several days before you leave for your trip. Bunch of BS. Hope they close down soon cause nobody deserves to be treated this way. By the way I'm still waiting for someone to process my partial refund for fedex same day shipment that never arrived same day.

I needed a overnight passport....

They took a payment from my Creditcard and i got nothing in Return,I better get my money back or all *** will break loose.I am Disabled and dont need bogus Companies taking my Money and I will go to the News as well as tell all I know.I better be refunded for this.I have connections that will take them down and end this horrible treatment by this company.I think there are too many rip offs in this world taking hard earned money and disadvantaging the disabled community.I will not give up and fight this all the way!

Within 2 minutes after paying the sign up fee to renew my passport on line, I receive a call from Kevin Gederon, a rep for Visa Passport Pro, who quickly goes over all the details of the email that I WILL received, AFTER agreeing to what he is quickly telling you. They will only send you this info AFTER you agree to everything they are suppose to do for you. Well, once you say YES, that you understand, there will be NO REFUND even if you can your mind within 45 minutes and get the refund form sent back to them. I did not feel comfortable sending two signed copies of all forms etc. when the government office does not require two copies.

Same thing happenes to me

I schdule a trip to Belize to get engaged with my fiance. Ordered a one day sevices because my trip was in 7 days. I was on the phone daily with them. I got lied to transferred around and hung up on. The inexperienced and unprofessional. All costumer service stopped once they got your payment. It took 12 days for me ro receive my passport.I loss $5500 doing business with them. WARNING:Please use a company like VIP passports which my company now uses or do it threw the government agency yourself. In my opinion this company should be shut sown. Thwmmanagers where very rude because they knew you where at there mercy.

Visa Passport Pro Horrible service

Same thing happened to me. I mailed in my form on tues. Called to confirm they received them on Wed. Was told I would have the passport no later than Mon or Tues of the next week. I paid for 3 to 4 day service. On Monday I called to see if it had been shipped. They said no..the Fedex shipment from me was delayed. They did not say this when I called 2 times before. I would now have it on Wed. When I pressed them to explain why now there was a delivery delay they said they didn't know why it was held up..and the manager would call me that night..they work all night to resolve issues..No call no passport..they are horrible. My son needed to get a passport as soon as possible, because his Job is sending him to another country. In the process of looking for the county court passport webpage, I found the webpage to Visa Passport Pro. I am quoting what their Advertisement states "We are officially authorized by the Passport Agencies & Consulates to provide expedited courier service for passports and visas. Our service allows you to get faster application processing without having to appear in person at the agency. Purchasing our services guarantees you one of our limited availability slots for passport or visa expediting. Unlike the government direct process, our expediting service times are guaranteed". My son got the 3/4 days priority Service, They told him, once they get the document they would forward it to the passport agency. They told also they would grantee he would get the document on time. We sent the documents on Friday, April 27 (Fed) and they received on Monday, April 29. He called them to make sure they got it. On Friday, 5/2 he call them and they told him that they should be getting the document for from passport agency by Monday or Tuesday. My son call (5-6) and they told him that they were having some problems with the agency, but they didn't tell what, that would call him. Today 5/7, my son was upset and they told them they would not release the passport, and they gave him the phone number. My son called and found out they do not release a passport to a 3rd party, that they will send it directly to my son. We asked them to refund our money because they of false advertisement, "Unlike the government direct process, our expediting service times are guaranteed".

Just because they have the biggest ad on google and bing, its not worth it. Paid for 3/4 day service and saturday delivery service, did not get it.

When you talk to a case mnager they are all called Lewis. Talked to Vince, he was no help in answering questions or phone calls. They tell you what to do over the phone, then send you an email stating differently. They record only the disclaimer which is no guareentee of services advertised.

There are local companies in your area, I recomend them first before you put your trust a company out of state. I learned from my mistakes, hope you learn from them too.
