No one ever connected it disconnected, so nothing was resolved. Im not really sure why I can only text message through the app, but the Coach is not responding to me

Harassment when you leave
Avoid this company
I quit Virta, but they keep trying to get me to rejoin. I've asked them to stop contacting me, but they don't.
Preferred solution: confirmation that they will no longer attempt to contact me to join
User's recommendation: Don't sign up. They want you to quit ALL of your medications and change your primary care physician to someone offshore. When you try to leave they continue to send you info to join again even when you tell them no and unsubscribe.

Spam Through Snail Mail
Over the last two weeks, I have received 5+ "Free" offer letters from the company. Apparently the state I live in sold my information to this company.
There's seems to be some shady things going on the more I look into the company and it's history is kinda of lacking.
I bet it started out as a shelf company. I am beyond pissed that his happened.

Horrible Option for Weight Loss

- - Virta is slow and does not prescribe injections; Wegovy is described as more effective.
My insurance has approved weight loss meds. The down side?
It has to be approved by Virta, which is a company based weight loss program without meds so I cant get my prescription filled! Virta is a super slow, inconvenient, mental game to try to get you to lose weight. The do not prescribe injections or the meds that work. If you need to lose weight for health reasons and want to see it in your lifetime the best option is wegovy, or one of the name injection meds.
They work. I have what I thought was good insurance but find myself having to pay if I want to lose weight vs Virta...!
