Virool

I opened a publisher account, got approved, and started providing views for Virool via my website, BTCWorker. After $50 was accumulated I decided to try and get a payout.

It remained pending for 2 weeks so I filed a ticket. I was told they were having problems viewing my offer wall so I provided detailed instructions on how to view it. A couple of weeks pass, still no response. I request another payout, this time nearing $100, and waited.

Stuck on pending. I submitted another ticket. Nothing. I tried countless times to get in contact with them to no avail.

Finally I received a message on my ticket saying that my publisher account was declined and I could request further information at another email address. I did. Twice. No response.

I gave up. Took my website down and ate my losses.

I earned 80$ as a publisher on virool. The whole system is that you have to earn your minimum withdrawal to get "reviewed".

this is 10$, which comes out to 100 views you have to get. So I racked up 80$ and started emailing and calling them about my money only to get ignored. After 3 weeks I tried to log in and got an account suspension message. Then an email stating i have been BANNED from the virool network.

Later I learn that you only get paid after passing your "review'. This is not stated anywhere on the website. nor a tos guidlines for publishers or anything. So they have not paid me and are still ignoring me.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I am going to take them to small claims court out of general principle.

I also plan on publicizing their practices and expose them for the company that they are. I highly doubt that they will stay in business much longer.

I selected the correct categories (Sites/Blogs, Virtual Currency API). I've been cooperative and provided them with my Google Analytics when they asked for it. There is no reason at all for them to suspend my account.

After one week of communication (more like waiting for a week for them to reply), this is the reason that they provided: "We can't really comment on actual reasons since we use that information improve network quality".

I urge both publishers and advertisers to beware of this company.

They refuse to pay me even the $15.60 that they owe me.

They claim they can get your video at a low cost 0.04 cents per view. I spent $5,000 to try to get my views up.

When that happened YouTube flagged my video.I posted the video a week ago and I asked the company for a refund. What there answer was no we don't care if your video gets flagged on YouTube. If you have any common sense avoid this company so you don't get your YouTube video flagged.I made the purchase on 2/17/2012 and my video was flagged and taken down on 2/20/2013.

Please avoid this company at all cost.
