I bought 2 different RDP server MIAMI FL IPs...but i got wrong locations which was China IP..i reported this immediately but this was not resolved for days..so i decided to change the 2 IPs Contumely so that i can get my preferred IPs i paid for...I had to pay an extra $5 charges each for the two RDP which is very bad...i have done that for the past 3days now and nothing has been resolved still..i hope my monthly subscription is not still running while you are taking forever to sort the issue?
I'm not happy for this inconvenience,here below are the both IPs

Please i want refund of all my money if this is not going be fixed on time...i have never used any if it because i did not want, choose and pay for the random IPs you gave me..

They are not replying since 2 Months. I have my accounting data in it.
I asked for my backup too. Still no reply
Preferred solution: I want my data backup. My software stores all the previuos invoices and accounts in the server. And i am unable to get access to server.
