Resolved: Etransfer stuck in processing

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. VirgoCX did not solve the problem. I cancelled the etransfer from the bank after VirgoCX stalled for a few days with no answer.

After multiple emails and attempts to contact them by phone, I finally received an email from them. They stated the problem was with the bank.

I called the bank and they said the only option was to cancel it, which I did. I will not be using VirgoCX in the future.
