Haven't received item I ordered august 19ish

I haven't received my order from, I think, August 19th, when I ordered Max Pro or something like that. Jeremiah Nolan is the name and I would just like to know when I'm getting it, or maybe a refund.

Poor customer service

On Thursday,01/11/24 I received an email from Priority Health informing me that my unused balance for OTC would expire at the end of the month. I clicked on the button and was not connected to Priority Health Account,but to Virgin Pulse.

I attempted in various ways to sign in,not accepted. I tried the Chat option and after several times,I was informed I was being transferred to another agent. Waited a long time and was never connected or helped.

I thought Virgin Pulse was a scam. Priority Health was contacted and informed of the above information!

Return has been impossible

Returns are impossible. I called and was told that the email was forwarded, but it didn't pertain to my issue. Unfortunately, I only have access to my work email at work and I can't check while on the phone as I work nights.

I am writing this complaint to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with Virgin Plus regarding two significant issues: unreasonable charges for overutilization of data and the failure to provide promised discounts. As a student, I cannot afford the exorbitant fee of $50 for a mere 0.32 GB of data, especially considering the lack of notification regarding my data pack and my track record of timely bill payments.

To begin with, I was shocked to discover that Virgin Plus had charged me $50 for exceeding my data limit by a minuscule 0.32 GB.

Such a charge is completely disproportionate and unreasonable. It is beyond comprehension that Virgin Plus would charge such an exorbitant amount for such a negligible overage. This kind of pricing is exploitative, particularly for customers like me who are on a tight budget.

Adding insult to injury, I did not receive any notification indicating that my data pack had been exhausted. As a responsible customer, I expected Virgin Plus to keep me informed about my data usage and notify me before charging additional fees.

This lack of notification further highlights the company's disregard for its customers' financial well-being and satisfaction.

Furthermore, I am disappointed that the promised $5 monthly discount for referring a friend has not been applied to my account. I took the time to recommend Virgin Plus to a friend, expecting to receive the agreed-upon discount as a token of appreciation. However, the company has failed to fulfill its end of the deal, leaving me feeling misled and undervalued as a customer.

As a long-standing and responsible customer, I am deeply disappointed by these unfair charges and the failure to honor the promised referral discount. I have consistently paid my bills on time and have been loyal to Virgin Plus.

I urge the company to reconsider the $50 charge for such a minimal data overage and to rectify the situation by waiving the fee.

Additionally, I kindly request that Virgin Plus promptly apply the $5 monthly discount as promised for the referral.

It is disheartening to feel disregarded and ignored as a customer who has put trust in the company's services.

I sincerely hope that Virgin Plus takes my concerns seriously, reviews my case, and resolves these issues in a fair and satisfactory manner. As a loyal and responsible customer, I believe I deserve better treatment and consideration.
