Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I can't remember but I had no further issues.
Pleased with the program overall. However That have posted my earning $2.00 daily.
I have only received $1.00 for my 2 monitoring. Blood sugar and medication.

I am trying to buy a Max Go watch over the past 2 weeks several times a day with couple different cards and it takes all my information but never completes the sale. I even called the company and tried to order it the representative hung up on me. Their company is CPAP

Problem in redeem a reward
My name is Liqing Jin, an employee at University of Pennsylvania. I join the program "Virgin Pulse".
On Nov. 13, 2024, I redeemed $125 for a Amazon gift card, and received an email from you with transaction ID: #821****, Pin = WD1VQ5ZH. After I clicked the "redeem now", a claim code was generated. However when I tried to add it to my Amazon account, it says the Claim code has already been redeemed at Amazon, but it ($125) does not show on my account.
Can you help me to solve this issue? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Do a better job of updating your merchandise, such as every couple of days, so people don't waste their time trying to order things you don't have. Needless to say, I won't be buying anything from you, nor will I recommend you to any of my co-workers, family, and friends.

I have been on phone for over 40 minutes waiting for somebody to pick up. I have left my number for a callback and thats been two hours and still havent gotten a call back.
