Owner Dan very rude and inappropriate; presumptive, he declined job
Called via an ad flyer to get ducts cleaned. Spoke with Kathy, office mgr who related that she was most receptive to my asking any questions to ensure I was with a legitimate service provider. This was especially important to me since I am in the midst of a major home remodel and have had very bad experiences with contractor's. One of my questions was "what is your warranty or guarantee?". The phone then went dead. I called back and got the owner, Dan. I told him what just happened and he seemed to know about me. I had probably given to Kathy too much information about my bad experiences with my home remodel which included development of mold from poor installation of my roof, and had particular questions regarding their mold treatment of ducts. His first response to me regarding the question about the guarantee was a question from him "So does this mean you don't want to pay us?". I was shocked. Told him I don't know what he is talking about. Then he said my project was too involved and they did not want the job. This in the course of about 2 minutes or less. Very presumptive and prejudicial. Rude. Very poor listener. Very poor customer service. And very questionable company. Who do they want as customers? People who they can scam and are easy sell? I am pissed since I spent over an hour researching their company before I called, looking at their web site, calling their recorded message, etc. which are all very impressive marketing. I have also now learned from some others about how they are just the opposite of what they proclaim. So, buyer beware, and do your home work. Would stay away from this company. I chose this venue to lodge my complaint since saw it in my Google search of this company, and noted some other bad reviews. Sometimes you wonder if the competition does bad reviews, and the company itself good reviews, as opposed to real consumers. Hopefully you will see mine as genuine.

This is the worse company ever. Very bad job. Not nada certified. They tried to charge me tax on service work. The driver complained about having to pay for gas and was in a bad mood. Dust flowing from vent and horrible burning smell after tech left my nice that is now covered in dust. He had the nerve to try to upsale me with a uv light for mold. I DONT HAVE MOLD. Im a hvac tech and i know already. The nerve of these guy. Nasty finger print on my newly painted walls and vents. Wow when i came home from work i couldnt believe it. This company is no good at all no good. Call sears they did a great job...
