I have now submitted my 4th complaint regarding:

§ 38.2-1812. Payment and sharing of commissions

Raymond Anderson advised that probably nothing will be done regarding my complaint.

So, one of my questions to you is:

1.What is the threshold for a male insurance agent to be sanctioned in VA?

2.Since the violation of § 38.2-1812. Payment and sharing of commissions constitute grand larceny, what are the next steps?

3.How much of Chuk Marshall and Raymond Andersons’ decisions were based upon my race and gender? Since I have met with them both.

4.By the BOI refusing to investigate my complaints you have additionally violated my rights under the 14th Amendment.

I have been discriminated against for my sex, and for my age.
