Recent break in gasline service
- - Gas outage on Granby Street affected Riverpoint; two visits to cut off and on gas, service within 24 hours, and helpful, courteous technicians.
No problem...just a compliment. This week there was a break in service on Granby Street in Norfolk.
It impacted our neighborhood in Riverpoint. Twice technicians had to come to each house to first cut off and then cut on and check all gas appliances. Wow what an undertaking. But surprisingly it was quick, within 24 hours.
Both technicians even late at night were helpful, courteous.
We were impressed! Thank you for such great service.
