AI Highlights
  • Fraudulent Norton charges and renewal emails ($19.99).
  • Called 3 numbers; no help; told to call my bank.
  • Two subscriptions appeared; I have one PC.

I have been a victim of fraudulent charges from Norton Security.I have called 3 different phone numbers and none have helped me.They say contact your bank, very confusing.I have 6 emails from Norton in the last week with false charges for renewing service($19.99).Upon attempting to renew on March 1 2024 there were 2 subscriptions showing,I am 70 years old with 1 computer only. The package would cover unlimited computers so why would I need 2?I attempted to remove a charge but was unable to remove.I have deleted all Norton products from my computer and need my credit card issue fixed, please.
