I'm so disappointed in this company. I was treated awful by their manager. I received some rancid oils and first sent an email that after 48 hours was never responded too. Secondly, I called and couldn't get through so I had to leave a voicemail, which again, had no response. Today, I finally got through and explained my situation. They asked I send a sample to them so they could further test the oil. I had no issue with it, but they didn't offer to send a return label. Secondly, they offered no solution even if they found the oil to be rancid. The manager stated that she checked with the warehouse and the particular oil in question was fine (so basically called me a liar). We spend a lot of money with this company and I asked for the name of the owners and she refused to give it to me. So, I found them online. She said they hadn't even been at that location in over 2 years? How can anyone manage a business that way? I was left in tears after the call because of this awful manager they have working for them. The nice lady that answered the call should've be the manager. Her tone was nice and gentle. I could tell the manager was aggravated she even had to deal with this the minute she got on the phone. This is very unprofessional and demeaning to customers. We have other options with great companies, but chose to give a neighboring state our business. Unfortunately, we'll have to rethink this now due to one manager her allowed her ego to overcome good customer service skills. If you need candle supplies I would suggest another business in case you ever have a situation that needs resolution. I'm just left amazed any business can survive this way.
