Discrimmination

pan·dem·ic [panˈdemik] ADJECTIVE: (of a disease) prevalent over a whole country or the world. synonyms: widespread · prevalent · pervasive · rife · rampant · epidemic · Mr. White, this is my rebuttal to you letter of October 9, 2018. Contrary to what you letter states if you and/or your agency had investigated one of complaints, there would be a different outcome for Jr. Since I am not Caucasian you have opted for the optics, white is right. To substantiate my rebuttal I have attached the following documentation along with my original request. In my continuing pursuit of justice for myself I am once again submitting complaints regarding sexual discrimination to your office, and racial discrimination with the VA BOI. In your letter of October 9, 2019, you stated that you had investigated my complaints, can you prove it? If not, why not? According to a phone conversation I had with Raymond Anderson he advised that the BOI in all probability would not be investigating my complaint. As you can clearly see CareFirst has the same level to indifference to the laws of Virginia as the Bureau has. col·lu·sion NOUN:secret or illegal cooperation or conspiracy, especially in order to cheat or deceive others.

Pandemic

Virginia Bureau of Insurance - Pandemic
On June 15, 2017 I met with Chuck Marshall, and I thought the meeting was to discuss my 3rd complaint regarding, Jr. Much to my surprise Mr. Marshall was here to make sure I understood that nothing was going to happen to Jr. During our conversation Mr. Marshall advised me that Jr. could file a complaint against me for violating VA code 38.2-504. After not receiving any written information regarding any of my complaints, I called, and left a message for Mr. Marshall. I am attaching a copy of his voice mail message from October 20, 2017. As you can see Mr. Marshall never mentioned my complaint regarding forgery (the reason for our face to face meeting). I have submitted three complaints against, Jr.: HIPPA violation IRS code Section 125 Forgery If forgery, IRS violation, and HIPPA do not violate the codes of the BOI, what does? My 3rd complaint to the BOI regarding forgery was incomplete, and if BOI had investigated my complaint they would have become aware of that. Based upon the following from SCC webpage, Mr. Marshall violated the rules governing complaints and responses. How Soon Should I Expect a Response from the Bureau of Insurance? Within a week after we receive your written complaint, we will assign a file number and send you a letter acknowledging receipt of your complaint. What Contact will be made with the Insurance Agent or Company? In most cases, a letter and a copy of your complaint will be sent to the company or agent, requesting an explanation of its position. Telephone contact may be made to discuss the complaint, to ask questions, or to make specific requests. After the company or agent responds, we will determine what further actions, if any, we will take. How Long Will the Investigation Take? Normally, it takes about 45 days after we receive a complaint to provide our written response. However, it may take longer if your complaint is claim related, or involves a unique or complex problem, or requires the insurer or agent to conduct extensive research. Should I call to check on the Investigation’s Progress? You do not need to call. We will keep you informed and advise you of the outcome of our review. If you have additional information, send it to us in writing. (Include the file number we assigned in our letter of acknowledgment and send it to the person investigating your complaint.) I have now submitted my 4th complaint regarding: § 38.2-1812. Payment and sharing of commissions Raymond Anderson advised that probably nothing will be done regarding my complaint. So, one of my questions to you is: 1.What is the threshold for a Caucasian male insurance agent to be sanctioned in VA? 2.Since the violation of § 38.2-1812. Payment and sharing of commissions constitute grand larceny, what are the next steps? 3.How much of Chuk Marshall and Raymond Andersons’ decisions were based upon my race and gender? Since I have met with them both. 4.By the BOI refusing to investigate my complaints you have additionally violated my rights under the 14th Amendment. I have been discriminated against for my color, sex, and for my age.Sincerely,Jacqueline Holloman
