Horrible manager
European wax center in Virginia Beach has horrible customer service. I checked into my appointment at the front desk waited for my wax only to find out the person that checked me in who was in fact a manager canceled my appointment. She stated that I did not text back yes the confirmation text but and thats why my appointment was canceled but I never received a text stating text back YES. She then told me there was an available slot right now and I asked if the wafer was a senior waxer and she replied all of our waxers have to be certified not answering my question. The European Wax Center in Virginia Beach has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced and it all came from the manager.
