don't know if they were able to help me. I'm out $82.66 and can use that money on groceries.
I placed order on 4/23/25 for $82.66 and have not received the order. It is hard to get in touch with the company but when I go to the website and click on orders...it says I have placed no orders. I want to get my money back or my order delivered immediately.

The issue with my Facebook is still ongoing and persist I haven't seen any change with it I get a message saying I can't use this feature right now and I am having to send messages to people asking them to be my Facebook friends and I get Facebook friend request from people I don't even know I got 3 friend request from the same person yesterday and weird people gets on my notifications that I have to block I hope someone can fix the problem

I am Quliyev Yusif Hikmet oglu a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In December 2023, I registered on the Royal Ace Casino website located at 1853 Sherwood Rd, Petersburg, Virginia, United State and received bonuses via mailing, which I wagered and won in the amount of $580.
After winning, I tried to transfer this amount to my account, but my account was blocked by the site management. I contacted the support but until today I have not received any response. I ask you to help me with this problem. Sites such as this create psychological problems for people.

I called but at first only got the voicemail. I left a message and was called within 15 minutes.
After telling my story of problems with Lyft she said that she would mail me forms for the Consumer Protection office of the Attorney General. I was pleased with the speed of contact after my call and how the person I spoke with immediately instructed me on her mailing me the necessary forms. NOTE: Virginia requires forms for everything.
I am a former state employee so I know about this.
Next step is to see if and when I receive the forms. So far good experience.
