Cold water not working
The cold water is hit and miss we have reset it 4 times to get it working again. It works for a few days and then stops again.
I have had a virgin pure for about 4 years and this is the first time I've had this issue.

My water machine needs filters because mark E -60 and stop water
My water machine mark E-60 No more water comes out and the screen shows an error and no more water comes out. I ask for help.

Cancellation of service
This company is a con the water is not purified like they say it is, the water that comes out of my tap is more purified than what comes out of the machine and they also say I agreed to another year contract with them which is a lie do not trust this company. If I could give a minus I would by x20

Spout and not heating up like should. Be have to keep glass under spout to. Catch water Ive tried calling them no answer and sent email so hoping gonna sort it as been with them for years
