They commit fraud openly
I have 65 plus plan which it's 100gb, they advertise and still advertising this. Unlimited talk, text and data, I was told id get unlimited which is limited speed after 100gb but in my plan in the virgin plus app it doesn't say it's data too.
But if you go into mange plans and then change plans it tells you what current plan I'm on and it says free data the customer support didn't care and thinks it's ok and they do it for some but not me. Discrimination and the customer support admitted it.

Preferred solution: I want them to give me what I was told they do, apology for frauding me and lying to me and then pay the price and be accountable. They want me to pay my bill they will be accountable
