Wish to refund for virgin balloon flights as from last near 3 year's made so many bookings and all the time the flight was cancelled for all possible reasons. And virgin balloon flights could be refunded as the policy of virgin Experience. Wast my time.
Don't buy. I've been booking a flight for 3 years.
I got it as a birthday present from my husband and I've celebrated my third birthday and we've only changed it to new dates 100 of times. I'm so tired of it that from now on I'll describe them everywhere I can on the internet and social media. Even if I finally manage to fly a balloon in a few years, the satisfaction is long gone. I doubt they even fly once a year for appearances.
I'm speechless. I definitely don't recommend it.

Still no resolution just constantly telling me to rebook all these years later and still no answers. Wouldn't mind if they offered another Virgin experience but they won't do that either.
I booked two balloon experiences in 2019 for myself and my husband, I have constantly been trying to book this experience since this date each time they cancel the flight the night before and extend my booking date, I have asked for an exchange to another Virgin product which they have refused. They have had over £200 of my money since 2019 with nothing to show for it.
