no responce from customer service
i have been unable to resolve the issue of not having a functional membership card despite staff changing my card a few times, it never gets accepted for me to enter my local club. i have emailed requesting a refund for two months because i had been responsible for two people i introduced one new person and a re joiner ,joining members an offer of the promotion was a months free for each new member.
please could you urgently address tis and authorise,leona chrisou at mill hill to make the refund as she gad explained needing hr confirmation. finally i had booked in with a pt and logged onto boditrax,i have been unrecognised and unable to view or update my stats,i have spoken to staff who have advised i should have recieve an e mail confirmation.i havent.
please look inti this matter as i cannit fully use the service i am unable to log on using my id and password. thankyou
