So this morning at 6:00 a.m. I ordered a taxi from you guys to pick up my girlfriend and bring her to my house and I was going to pay for it with cash not only did the driver not pick her up he left a stranded with no way of getting back home I am truly upset with this because you guys before in the past I've never had a problem with it and now the guy was asking for a deposit not once I've ever been asked for a deposit before and the guy just left her stranded there I'm truly upset with this and I would never use your business again you lost a loyal customer

Preferred solution: I would like to receive a free ride next time I feel that is right
