Julian Iwund is a greed arrogant scam bag.
I had a leak in my basement and I was desperate . It was on a Sunday so I searched to see if I can find someone to respond quickly, Few companies responded but before I even make a decision he was at my property already.
I guess he was broke and he needed money badly. I gave him a benefit of the doubt, he charged me 3 times of the regular price. I paid him more than 10k. He told me that he fixed the problem and he installed a sump pump so the problem is solved.
Less than two years there leak is back. I called him hoping that he will say am sorry I will take a look and fix it. No the first thing he said before he even saw the problem was telling me to call my insurance company and see if it's covered. And he said even if it's not covered he can write it in way that the insurance will cover it.
I was so pissed off I had somebody else fix the problem he created for $600. This guy is so greed and a scam.
Before you give him any contract do you your research. He is a sweet talker and a scammer.

Hired this company to do repairs after a flood in my basement in February 2017. Initially the service was very professional.
The project manager, Julian Iwundu, came in extracted the water in each room that was affected. Placed fans in the room and came back 3 or 4 days later to check on the process. We then proceeded to the next phase of the repair, ordering the flooring. The flooring took 3 weeks for arrival due to what he said was slow delivery and wrong tiles being shipped.
Once the tiles arrived the workers would show up some days and some days they wouldn't. By April 2 rooms had been completed and partial completion of the the third. I sent him photos of the shottie work that was done.
He has yet to come look at the work that was done and this is May. The job has not been completed and he has not returned any of my calls.

Preferred solution: Make the repairs on the flooring that was already installed and complete the bathroom
