No Refund in Galveston, TX

We made our reservation for reserved parking well in advance online. Our cruise was set to sail 04/28/2019. In March 2019, our son became sick and passed away in April 2019. On 04/23/2019 I contacted Jennifer at VIP parking and was told we would receive a refund via check of the original amount paid $120.46. I have called and emailed several times for two months. We have received no contact or refund from the company since I cancelled my reservation.
