I would like corporate. I've been going here over 7 yrs my car had a issue come to find out it was a fuse they charged me 390dollars for 25 min work. And banned me for asking questions.

VIP Auto Service Center on 5150 West Charleston Boulevard my $2,500 and did not fix my car I was supposed to just get my brake lights done and my brakes but they didn't diagnose what I needed to get done which is the alternator and other things which supposed to have got done, then after they take my money they made recomendations on fixing the altanator for 599.96,saying the alternator is going bad,1,250 fo timing belts,650 for cooling fan,1159.96 for motor mounts they are rip off do not use this company VIP on Charleston is a rip off you going to be Towing your car away from there instead of rotten in your car . And the manager Nathan smiling in my face knowing he wasn't doing anything to help me and took my money my $2,500 and didn't fix my car I had to tow my car away from that shop don't use these people it's a rip off run for your life because they trying to get your money and they don't do nothing ,they deserve no stars.their mecanics don't give accurate diagnostics for your car.
