Long length of time before dispatch

Order no #2113**** Lynne Jones As I required this order urgently I paid the extra £1.90 I ordered last Saturday and I havent even heard from you to say its been dispatched I move at beginning of May so thought I had plenty of time to get this order please can this be sent out urgently Regards Lynne Jones

Resolved: Cancel my next two deliveries of dog food

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. The cancellation I requested on my future orders was carried out.

Vio Vet contacted me by e mail resolved the issue and hopefully will not happen again

I am fed up trying to get through to you on the phone or e mail, if things do not improve I will cancel altogether and you will have lost a customer.

Disgusting service

No response from e mail No show of goods had to chase up but telephone to be told gone missing! Reordered but takes so long to be delivered.
