Good morning customer service.
My podiatrist recommended Vionic sneakers which I duly purchased. They are supremely comfortable but deteriorated very badly in the 12 months I have had them.
They have not been mistreated or worn excessively however the sole is departing from the upper, the inner back lining has worn through and they generally look shoddy and awful.
Is this normal? I feel this should not occur in this time as they were not inexpensive.
