Customer service person didnt really know a lot about the products and the bio mechanical engineering. She thought the shoes that showed more of an arch was for people with high arches and the products that had a flat or foot bag or for people with flat feet. Not good.

Care for shoes
No answer to my call? The instructions on the care for the shoes was in a lot of languages but not so much in English. I realize that these shoes are about 90 dollars per pair but there should be a way to clean them.

I cant get my order number from the website because it says they dont have a record of an order. Yes I did but I need to return the shoes because theyre too roomy.
Tried to call customer service and they referred me to the website that isnt working. What now?

The only reason I referred my husband is because I thought he would get comfort in the shoes but would not recommend because of customer service at all!!

Verified Reviewer |Impossible Return Process
I attempted to process an online return. I went back later to print out the return label and could not access it.
I tried calling Vionic customer service and was informed of a long wait time.
I was given an option to leave a call back number.
No one called back.
I emailed the company.
No one responded to my email.
I tried calling and waiting on the line.
I was eventually disconnected.
I emailed again and received a canned note suggesting I call them.
I'm beyond pissed.
Preferred solution: Full refund

I have already explain serval times in emails that I never received my credit back for the amount of 41.76 debit my credit card on 1/13 but I returned them back to Walgreens off of Johnston street at the end of Jan please call me 337-288-**** since I can not reach your customer service

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with discount on future orders.
I've purchased 3 pairs of shoes for my wife and she loves them. However, I ordered a pair on 07/19/2021 and attempted to use Quad Pay.
It didn't go to the Quad Pay web site so I attempted to contact them at customer service (as their website states). The recording tells the caller they can do a return call at a later time without losing their spot in line. However, I work nights and sleep the during the day. I waited on the line but after 15 min.
they hung up.. I sent them an email stating I want the order cancelled. Instead they processed the order. This a.m.
I called right at 0730 Pacific time and it was 15 minutes before the call was answered.
The rep told me that it's automatic that the call will drop at the 15 minute mark. ON ME.

Product is no longer for QVC
QVC is a very large corporation, when you want to sell your product on this TV program you need to make sure you have enough of your products in stock, especially when you have a very LARGE clientele watching TV and also online. Yes, I have ordered your shoe product about one month ago and now it's on back order, the QVC company told me they are all on back order, the shoes and all colors...what happened to VIONIC CO.??
What happened to the CEO...they don't care anymore??
What about your customers that loves your product and you just gave up???? I have been reading all the BAD reviews about your products..Go to work.

Pick up the phone, and sit on hold. I have never had a problem physically speaking with a cs rep. What is wrong with people avoiding speaking to a live person?
