Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They provided instructions on how to solve the problem.It seems to be resolved
I gave my brother a 6 month subscription. he has not been able to finalize signing in - No one is responding to my request for help
My brother has attempted to activate the account on both his computer and phone, but he's unable to progress beyond the track selection screen. He has successfully set up the account and redeemed the gift, but he's stuck at this final step regardless of his selections. My brother's email is alexlopeznegrete@***.com. Please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue.

I tried using the credit, but there's no place to do so at checkout. I have a ton of patience.
