Make a payment sooner than 21 days after delivery. This could well be a scam for all we know.

We know our item was delivered to the buyer on 13th November, but only after we made the effort to find out! You should be keeping the seller informed of the current state of play, not leaving them guessing whether and when they will be paid. We shouldnt be the ones chasing up to find out what is going on.

Please beat this in mind for future customers. Other than that - good service.

User's recommendation: Don’t wait for the company to contact you, and don’t hold your breath for instant payment once an item has been delivered to the buyer!

Great that the company found a buyer for our item. However, not so great that the item was delivered on 13 November, previously paid for by the buyer and we still have to wait until the beginning of December before we receive payment.

We were told payment can take up to three weeks to process. IMHO this is far too long after the sale.

Is there no way that you can reduce the wait time for payment? Other than that, a good company to deal with and collection service excellent, even though I provided our own additional protective sheets to ensure item was safe in transit!

Damage refund not as agreed

Damage refund agreed and promised without commission but is less than amount promised, despite your agent agreeing to not less than £160 and no fees I have received on £127.36
