They lost my package and are refusing to refund me - it's been over 2 months

Two months ago I sent my shoes through Vinted to a buyer. Vinted entrusted them to a carrier of its choice, purolator, for delivery to the buyer. 6 days after I was notified that the package had arrived, I still hadn't been paid by Vinted. I then contacted you and it was only then that I was informed that there had been an error in the address entered on the shipping label and that my shoes had been lost. I was assured that 2 to 3 weeks after the opening of an investigation to locate the package, if it was not found I would be reimbursed. For two months now, your services have been lying to me, giving me no information and, above all, not refunding me, even though your own terms and conditions stipulates in article 8 paragraph 1 : " Should the Item be lost or damaged during the shipping procedure, if the conditions in 6.4/5 are met, VINTED will reimburse the Buyer as stipulated in section 9.4. The Seller will benefit from compensation for a lost or damaged Item as identified and limited in the relevant compensation policy provided by the shipping provider." In two months your customer service have been incapable of letting me know where the puralator investigation stand. One day they are telling me that they are about to send my shoes back and on another they are waiting on puralator investigation and they have no information to give me. Do you realise that in o ver two months i had absolutely no update on the situation, nothing has changed ever since your platform has lost my package. Is this a joke ? Is this a joke ? I don't have my shoes or my money back. I am trapped in a situation for which I am absolutely not responsible. The only thing I am responsible for is having trusted you to sell my shoes. I am also of French nationality and I have lived in France and used Vinted France for a very long time and I have never had this kind of problem with this subsidiary. They know perfectly well that this kind of situation is contrary to consumer law and punishable by a fine. I am outraged by Vinted Canada's customer service, which has done nothing for me in two months. They have not informed me of the loss of my package, they have not given me any information on the progress of the investigation to find my shoes and they have not taken any steps to reimburse me or the buyer. Beyond the legal aspects of consumer law, this is tantamount to theft, to thuggish methods

I ordered an item and Inpost dumped the item in a public area from where it was stolen. The seller received their money and refused to contact Inpost. Vinted customer service is a text form and you are unable to communicate telephonically and speak to a customer service advisor. Vinted do not communicate or respond you receive automated messages, which they do not read. The seller SAM885 received my money but I did not receive any goods, in my eyes I have been scammed. The seller then went on to slander me in her review and publish it. A signature is proof of delivery and there is also three retired residents in all day, the courier could have knocked any neighbours and handed over the parcel. Inpost can not discuss the matter with me as I am not the sender and the seller SAM885 refuses to communicate with me.

I bought an item that smelled like trash. Vinted does not help with returns. You have to return at your own expense and that's like losing money twice. As a seller vinted also won't help. A package I shipped went missing. I lost my stuff, vinted did nothing. Vinted Customer Service are selective in answering queries. If there's a problem usually they won't answer nor help. Plus the app has so many problems they won't fix They block your items for no reason

Absolutely awful

Would put zero if I could. It's been second time they blocked my account assuming I take pictures from the internet, which I don't. Been selling on that web for almost 1 year, have 5* reviews, and they block such account. They also blocked it in the middle of transaction. Now I have orders that I cannot print the labels and fulfil because I can't get into my account. Sent various emails to their so called support center, left comments on their Linkedin page as well as their social media, haven't heard back. I also sell on different platforms such as Amazon, etc, never even once have I been accused for taking the pictures from the web. Awful experience

So first I ordered twice in Vinted : 1 dress and 1 jacket that were both described has “very good condition”. For me a very good condition is like almost has new.

Well both item were like completely trash. I would never sell my clothes like that I would trash them of give them for free but not sell them. The customer service is non existing.

Also one of my item has been blocked yesterday cause it’s fur, okay , but all over their site there is fur item like ALL OVER. And because I wrote : real fur well I got blocked.

Not happy with the service. I sold a piece of clothes in the amount of $50.00 in May, never recd my money. Support team keep saying they are trying to fix this problem. Nothing is done as yet. Very unsatisfy.

I heard about vinted from my sister who live in France and I was so excited when vinted came to Canada but not so long my story began when buyer with no followers and the buyer not following any one purchase my guess jacket for $20 I sent the jacket at the same day and as soon as the buyer received the jacket she requested a return claiming the jacket is ripped and she send a picture for totally different jacket mine is handmade leather that jacket is a fabric not the same stitch mine has a furr on it the jacket she sent has a hoodie the Color is different so I sent her messages to send me more picture she didnt reply I contact vinted team and send them the picture for my jacket and the one she claims its mine the said they said wil ask the buyer to send more picture, the buyer sent the picture for my jacket after she ripped it, if you look at the picture you can see not the same ripped in both jacket and vinted team without comparing took the design that its my jacket and processed the return even I asked them to check the buyer account it looks fishy for me no followers and she is not following anyone, at the end Im not writing because of the $20 but its not fair I prefer to give my stuff to charities instead
